Facilitation of a retreat to developed a shared vision and realistic expectation among executive and physician leadership.

Creation of a governance process and integrated plan to ensure: Active involvement of key leaders; realistic goal setting; a practical roadmap; clear boundaries; reasoned priorities; adequate resources; and timely decision-making.

Coordinated Program Management
Establishment of a structure for strong executive project involvement, development of outcome measures, and business ownership of IT project.
